The maximum liability for reverse shipments is limited to ₹ 2,000 or 50% of the invoice value, whichever is lower.
Claims will not be accepted for the following categories:
Glassware and Fragile Products
Concealed Damages
Improper or Insufficient Packaging
All billing disputes must be reported within 5 days from the date of the invoice. Disputes raised after this period will not be entertained.
Claims regarding weight disputes will not be accepted if the issue arises due to incorrect weight declaration by the consignor.
